• Domestic shipping within Australia takes approximately 2-5 business days. 

• International shipping outside Australia takes approximately 5-10 business days.

What is your warranty policy?​

We offer a 12 month manufacturer's warranty, which applies to all items purchased. An item will be replaced if it is defective upon opening and it is due to a fault of the manufacturer. ​ Where an item is defective, the item must be reported to Eibor Medico within 14 days for a valid replacement. ​Please note that replacements are not offered for a pure change of mind.
